SENATE BILL NO. 37 BY SENATORS ELLIS, Davis, entitled:                                              
                                                                                                    
          "An Act relating to adult day services facilities;                                        
          relating to certain crimes occurring near an adult day                                    
          services facility; relating to certain contracts for adult                                
          day services; relating to reports of harm regarding                                       
          certain vulnerable adults; and providing for an
